Hey, that's true.   I spend about $50 a month or so there, so my utilization just went from 10% to less than 1.  But that is a great way to think about that.  I will do the same in the future. I have a $500 Discover card that's my daily driver that I pay many times a month, but do get caught with my pants down from time to time bc I PIF on the wrong day  (I'm learning...)  Hoping it graduates w a good CLI next week as well.  

I just found the letter amusing because they were like, you couldnt have the 10k you asked for, because A...B....C.... but we gave you 7k, hope it's enough.

Lol, the letters are pretty much standard just letting you know you got an increase. Ive gotten letters saying nope even after getting approved and then getting the approved letter all within same time period haha.

Question.  With Comenity, I know you can ask for a CLI every 31 days.  Is Synchrony the same or do they require you to wait longer?  Just curious, its been a month, tomorrow and would really like to break 10K just for kicks.  Also, thinking about closing the rebuilders here soon.  That'll be a good day.  

Side note,  my Fico 8 TU is now at 678.  According to a prosper (soft pull) pre qual I filled out.  Do y'all think this is good enough to get my foot in the door with a Marvel Card?  Probably going to wait til the end of the week before I pull the trigger, want that Boscov CL to report first.

Got impatient and thought, "What the heck?"  

Belk went from 7k to 8k this morning.  

Prob will apply for Marvel once the Boscov's CLI posts to TU, seems like I am in Synchrony's good graces currently.  I got a blue envelope from them last week, which was a walmart card prequal, not the bad one.
