Bilt MC Approval!!

I was gardening and wasnt planning on another card, especially one that didnt have a preapproval.  My score was at an all time high 817 and if it dropped a few points because I added a new card it wouldnt matter.  This would be used primamrily for rent payments without the fee.  I have eaten a portion of the fee because I wanted the spend on certain cards but not anymore.  I have 6 accounts in the last 2 years, under 1% utilization.  I was approved for $30k SL.  They pulled Equifax wich is cool, 1 only had one inquiry on equifax.  Now if I can get it into my ApplePay Wallet..lol..
