I had the Bilt card with Wells Fargo, but I had applied moments after applying for the OneKey+ and ended up with a $5000 credit line on the Bilt card. No problem, I didn't even get it for the rent but to check out the transfer partners and such. The original Bilt card was often a very high earner, sometimes 6x on dining, though I really, really don't like transaction counting.
Anyway, after running some scenarios yesterday, I figured that I could make Obsidian work better than Palladium in my current setup, so I went for it. Current FICO scores are ~810 to 830 across the 3 bureaus, but I am also LOL/24, Chase suggested I look into a company called "Synchrony", and so approval didn't feel guaranteed. It ended up working out, as the new credit line will be $24K (fine for my needs).
Regarding the old Bilt card balance, here is what they say:
And regarding the Autograph keep or close credit line, here's what I was offered. There was some conflicting/confusing information about this, so hopefully this helps clarify at least one customer experience:

Congrats! I got the same SL. The card I had with Wells Fargo had a limit of 6,300... But I think I did the calculation wrong
I got the one with an annual fee of $495 because of the bonus offer, but given I'll most likely just use the card for dining, I should have chosen the card you got.
Great job!! Thanks for all the extra details on the transfer between Wells Fargo and the new card. I was wondering about the transition.
Thanks, though funny you should say that you should have gotten the obsidian, because I'm now wondering if I should have gone with palladium, in part because 1/3 of our grocery spend is Walmart these days, which of course would get 2x on palladium but almost certainly 1x on obsidian. If only we could trade credit lines like cell phones or something. Just pop in your sim and off you go.
