Congrats man! I called them and told them that when I apped, I was frozen and the 2nd unfrozen app said can't process until 60 days pass. They told me to call the credit department and have the 1st app deleted and reapply. I decided, I'm not going to do it. I hope y'all all enjoy your new BisPay Accounts. if it's still around in Jan 2018, I'll go for it.
