I am so happy, I had my Capital One Secured card for 18 months and the other day I went to the website to do a prequalify and it said that I prequalified for a quicksilver one card. I said " Yeah right" and went ahead an applied. Then I got the 7-10 day wait for a decision and I thought it was a decline. Well today received the card with a 300 dollar limit. The card looks cool as well. I must say that after all of the credit mistakes that I have had in the past and the high amount of student loan debt that I have that it is nice to be approved for an unsecured credit card....even if it is only for 300 dollars.
Congratulations!
Congrats on a big step in your credit journey! Thanks for sharing.
Congratulations!!
Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!

Well congrats, your giving me hope because I applied last night for the same card, was prequalifed as well, and got the 7-10 day wait letter as well. Saw they pulled my Experian report which is my highest score 635 but I'm 14 months past Chap. 7 Discharge and burned them in my bk for around $3K and was declined 2 times over the past year by them, they did not pull my credit the previous apps, so I'm hoping it's positive but I'm also thinking another denial.
Congrats! Treat it well and it should grow with you.
congrats on your new card!
