Cap One gave me such high ICL that I almost feel guilty asking them for CLI.!!!!!   Almost!!!!

Capital One does sometimes give CLIs after two months (they did with me), but it does seem to be rare.

I would run about 25% a month for 4-6 months and try again.  that's only 20k to 30k in spend AND you can rack up some miles.   ;]
