I hit the button just because it was there and got a little extra from Chase, a $1k CLI brings my CFF CL to $12k.
When I asked yesterday, I got the 7-10 day message. But knowing they can be sneaky, I checked my CL today at noticed it had increased.
The thing that surprises me is that they still give me CLIs. This makes my total exposure with Chase credit cards is over 65% of my annual income.
I'm 5/24. Won't be 4/24 until January.

Congrats on your Chase CLI! 🎉 Thanks for the datapoints!

Couldn't agree more with that first statement 🤩 -- I am also curious on how far Chase will lend against annual income for my own cards -- though I have since established a healthy banking relationship after my Sapphire approval which might play a role.. I know it's very YMMV with this.
Saw a similar increase on my Sapphire Preferred (just yesterday, still need to write up a post
) after going through a "systematic decline" since I reallocated some of the limit of my Prime Visa when I opened it -- $1,000 additional on the Sapphire with manual review, and an automatic $2,500 increase on the Prime Visa too! (hasn't seen much use anyways) Congrats again!
Congrats on the CLI!
