It definitely is a very nice starting limit (which will, in all likelihood, never rise).  On the high side for me, but I have 5 cards with more, so it's not totally out of line.  It may be the highest starting limit I've received (tho' the CSP and BCP might have been 30) -- but the highest starting limit for a no-fee card, I think.
