and then opened more credit and they shut it down.

Have never gotten another card from them. Jut have the one 30K Boscovs

card. Anyways I saw that Citi was backing the card now so I jumped

Instant approval or $2,500

I'm not sure if thats good or bad these days.

Haven't even have coffee yet so sorry if this post is subpar,

Congrats on both approvals!

For the benefit of all, and taking nothing away from your approvals, the Firestone card is notoriously easy to get.  I've seen lots of approvals with people with mid 500s scores.  I'm only posting this to encourage others and not to demean your happy day!  Again congrats!

Thank you so much for commenting on my post. I am happy for anyone getting approvals and there are so many people here that make that happen it amazes me. It really is a great community. I'm sure your post will help others on their credit journey @CH-7-Mission-Accomplished

@CreditMagic7, Inspired me also, I was looking for another MC/V

as I am running out of lenders, The @CreditMagic7 Approval post was timely.

So I figured what the heck, I think Firestone will be around a long time ..

and the CL will probably grow. I will probably shoot for a few more CU's when things settle.

My AAoA is 4yrs+ , AoOA is 40yrs.

I can apply for a couple of cards and not take a AAoA hit with 88+ open lines of credit and over 40+ closed.

Always at max Inquiry and AoYRA penalty,  so I never lose any real FICO's for adding a few CC's

Still only have one non major store CC = Lowe's

The rest are all V/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER
