I held the firestone store card since 2020 at a mediocre $2400. Hardly worth any real vehicle repair coverage let alone tires at todays high cost of rubber. So i devised a plan in hopes of some chance with the instituting of them having gone Mastercard now for the first time with this product so close it months ago. That was done to see if perhaps on a new application later that they may just might issue (if approved) the MasterCard, instead of waiting to see if the store card would go Mastercard which who knows if they would or not.
That gamble yielded yesterday an Approval for the Mastercard version with the added extra of a $5500 SL. It was a calculated decision on my part to try that theory and it's proven to come through. Was not Instant. After 2 days waiting finally the email came out yesterday with the results i had hoped for. Pulled TransUnion.
