Congrats @CYBERSAM!
@CYBERSAM wrote:Following up on the recent trend of calling Chase for SP CLI, got the following success!
- Sapphire Preferred $21,700 SL + $7,900 CLI = $29,600 New CL
- Amazon Prime $27,400 SL + $5,400 CLI = $32,800 New CL
Just like others I got the no CLI available online and then called the Chase Rep. who confirmed they do SP on CLIs moving forward!
I had the Amazon Prime for exactly one year and Sapphire Preferred for about 8 months.
Requested the CSP first, given had lower limit and then asked to see if anything was available for Amazon.
Experian score8: 785 but I forgot to ask what was my Chase score, it use to be 800+ so most likely around that.
Thank you to all who contributed to the DP about the new Chase CLI policy. 🙏
Yesss! Keep the train running.
I'd worry that every Chase cardholder is suddenly calling in but then I know the majority of folks must be those of us on this forum so it's prolly a smaller sample size 😅😅
I'm good with Chase for now. They'll be getting a lot more of my spend in 2023 😬
Thank you everyone 🙏

Thanks for the data points😃
SP makes it that much sweeter for sure 😍 Especially on 2 cards 😎
Congrats on the CLI!
Congrats on both your CLIs
Congrats!
Congrats @CYBERSAM , some nice increases you got there. Thanks for the contact DP's.
@M_Smart007 Oh you know I was sniffing this a mile away, looking forward to trying my hand, cheers bud.

@PullingMeSoftly, Glad you have the nose of a coonhound
I took a stab at Chase, the online AA letter stated;
...NEVER..Just NEVER!!!
Not sure if its a 5/24 thing?
Good Luck,
Congratulation to all who recently got CLI thru SP....However, for the DP point of view, can you guys confirm these-
(1) Were you guys under 5/24 when CLI was requested?
(2) Was there some usage each month or every other month, or is there a person who was able to get CLI recently thru SP without having any usage/spending for a while??
Thanks

I am at 5/24 currently and have used both CCs. Noting heavy but enough to get the bonus and some more usages.
Statement balance has reported about every other month on auto pay.
I had someone from work request CLI over the phone on Amazon card that he rarely used and received 20% CLI.
As long as it's SP then there is no harm in asking. Even for those who didn't get CLI this time, put some usage and try again in 3 or 6 months! Now we know 😎
