CLI! Capital One Credit Steps!

I figured I'd get the 'standard' increase but that's alright with me.

Opened Platinum and QS1 2/2016 $300

CLI via luv button 5/2016 to $800 each 

PC Platinum to QS 6/2016 via chat

My 6th statement cut yesterday and I woke up to a $1300 credit limit on each. Planning to get one more CLI and then combine. 

I can request 6 months from my 5/2016 date, correct? Not the credit steps date of today??

Congrats! My brother has the same cards with the same SL limits and increases. Hopefully, his $800 will be $1300 too, when his credit steps kicks in next month.

For me, Cap1 has been pretty consitant with allowing only 1 CLI every 6 months, though sometimes those that got the Credit Step got one sooner.  But after that as far as I know its once every 6 months for the Luv Button. Though I have heard of people hitting the Luv Button successfully AND getting auto CLId near the same time.

Yeah, I know about the 6 month hard rule but wasn't certain if it was only for customer initiated requests. So since I requested CLI in April can I request again in October?

Or, since steps CLI is September do I have to wait until March.

Mine is about the same. I now have 6 months of payments on a few cards but that's probably overshadowed by all the inquiries I got to start rebuilding. Really looking forward to 18 months from now when I have zero inquiries and both judgments are gone.

It's typically 6 months. I requested one 3 months post opening my account and got increased to $1500 from $500 initial credit limit. Then they gave me my credit steps of $500 after 6 months of the card being opened. About 5 months later I received a measly $150 credit limit increase through requesting. That was in February. I haven't been able to get one since by requesting. I assume I'll be able to get one after my statement cuts this month. So it's mostly 6 months except after you initially open your card. I opened my Venture One about 4 months ago and I'm eligible for a CLI but they are only offering $500 increase. I'm going to save my CLI until I pay down my card and see if I get more.
