@PlatinumCredit Month and half ago I tried CLI on Venture and got 1K but I turned it down! So when I tried again, just put down 5K not thinking they would say OK! Now probably have to wait another 6 months for another try!
Its been so long that I don't even remember what was Cap1 CLI process lol
@CYBERSAM What made you turn down the 1k? The one time I got an increase it was only for 1k, now they give me excuses that don't make sense such as you have too many card with capital when I only had two, now I'm down to one. The CL is 7k because I merged two card together back in 2014. They refuse to increase that card even after I closed my old platinum card (they refused to do a product upgrade I'm assuming it's because it was so old).
I never received the option to tell them how much more I was requesting.
