So this week, I got AMEX through chat to lower my APR. it was pretty painless and awfully pleasant to go this route. They lowered from 18.5 to 15.24%. Every bit helps!
Also got a solicited credit limit increase from Discover via email. I still can't get Discover to budget me off 21% though. I went for 2k to a total of $17k credit limit. Still doesn't beat my 21k limit with AMEX though especially with the rate drop.
Both companies have been very good to me. Love having both in my wallet but I just love pulling out my AMEX (makes me feel special).
