Hit the LUV button and after 2 minutes of waiting....went from 3K to 5K!! I hit my 1 year mark a few days ago and had read on these forums that CapOne is pretty agressive in issuing CLI after the one year mark.

Thank you to all the forum participants!!

PS a few weeks ago I called the backdoor number and had my card upgraded from QS1 to QS as well!!
