I was denied an increase last month, so waited until my scores were squeaky clean on EX and TU to try again. Instantly approved for 10k from 6k SL. Tried to hit the luv button again after that, and was denied. 
Glad to see Synchrony is still giving out *some* luv these days.. I will take the small increase for now. I am assuming it was either a SP, or they just used the refreshed credit score from their site (which was 782 V4.0) because there was no hit to my reports.
Edited: Forgot to reference the weird delay I had recently. I made a mid-statement payment, and it took them over two weeks to restore my full credit limit. It was back in full today, so I spun the wheel and came up with a prize.
