I was able to get a cli increase with current utilization of 90%. I am in the process of cleaning up my reports and decoded to push the good olé luv button. My cli was raised by $100.
Before you app think... Have you done your research of the CC? Does it fit your spending? Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt? Can you afford the AF? Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
It was with capital one.... I was surprised for sure.. great start for me to get back on track. My goal for now is paying down the rest of my card and getting some goodwill letters out.
