CRAZY FNBO APPROVAL

Did the FNBO prequalify last month and offered me secured card. Then tried it again last week and gave me $11000 with their highest interest .. waited a few more days since my utilization should be down to less than 15% .. today my experian updated so I tried prequal again and gave me $14k preapproval so I applied and instant approval! High interest but i don't keep balances. Highest SL .... BK 2015, 3 new accounts d last year and 6 inquiries the last year/ 3 the last 6 months .. All three reports prolly hovering high 600's low 700's.
