I had the CSP with a $6k limit back in 2016 and was I was maxed out, irresponsible, and let the CSP report 60 days late. Chase closed the account immediately and I slowly over years paid off the outstanding balance (I also had a Freedom which they did not close or CLD and still have open). In the meantime as my score increased I would occasionally toss a app and get a auto denial (before HP) saying I already had a sapphire product (they counted the outstanding balance on the closed card as having the product). Flash forward today and thanks to a recent work bonus I'm at AZEO (almost, still waiting for my Apple Card to report the payoff) and I saw the CSP 100k offer, so I decided to try again with my new scores (755 EQ, 753 EX). I got the dreaded 7-14 day message and figured Chase just hated me forever. I called the recon line and after over two hours on hold with verification and not only was I APPROVED, but with a $15,600 CL! My highest CL ever! (second highest is my $6,500 Apple Card). The new boy is already showing up on my chase app (next to the closed CSP lol) There's hope after angering Chase y'all! 
P.S. before the CSP app I tried a AMEX 3X CLI on my $4k BCP and they denied me, so their loss.
