Re: CSP Pre-Qual Are you serious?

I would say go for it.  I'm betting you're good to go just off my recent experience with chase (not very long LOL). Once you received the approval, you can always call an ask if they will close your accounts being that you recently  open them not too long ago. So. BIG EARLY CONGRATULATIONS OP!!!!!! keep us posted.

Re: CSP Pre-Qual Are you serious?

When you make that trip to Europe, make sure you use a card with no FTF!  You don't want to lose out on rewards which are eaten up by a FTF and then some!  If you have a CapOne card or Discover they could both benefit you when doing overseas transactions.  Also make sure that if you do a card with no FTF that the rewards still match the category.  Some cards may only give you the basic rewards for overseas purchases regardless of the category.  (Or so I have heard.)

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.....
Always follow these rules: Only take a HP for a new account. Always use the best rewards card for that reward category. Don't close a card unless you know you really should. Never use more than 35% of a credit limit. Recon as much and as best you can. Use the introductory period to the best advantage. Get the signup bonus. Whenever possible PIF or balance transfer so you pay less in interest. Never give an excellent rating when it is actually the norm. Always look for a discount as more is always better.
Always accept candy from strangers because they have the best candy or from people you know have good candy.
