If you have a CapOne card or Discover they could both benefit you when doing overseas transactions. Also make sure that if you do a card with no FTF that the rewards still match the category. Some cards may only give you the basic rewards for overseas purchases regardless of the category. (Or so I have heard.)
Ya when I go to Europe spend will be between Amex Delta, QS and the CSP (assuming I get approved for it) all have no FTF's.

The CSP has no FTF, and will give category rewards for dining and travel outside the US.
Cards like the Amex Blue Cash XXX and Everyday do explicitly restrict supermarket and gas purchases to the US, but many other cards don't.

Nothing obvious and it's not something "most know". Prequals are never a guarantee. It's always a matter of what may have changed since the soft pull used for the prequal. One's credit is not static. Apply for what you need/want when your credit is in shape. Don't rely on prequals as they are just marketing.

Agreee..Nothing is guranteed, just makes you feel a bit more warm and fuzzy that you meet the "criteria" and they have recently SP'ed you.. The CSP would benefit me on my upcoming trip... Will I get approved it could go either way to be honest... The forum will know the outcome either way when i do

Yes, there is no downside in checking it out unless you apply. If chase - the site you posted says you are pre- approved, you likely get approved and then does the actual application results in a hardpull.
