So upon further upon further review...how does this authorize user thing work again...lol mongstradamus and nixon
My eyes are green over the extra points heheheall i did was added my mom as an au , but i did that when i applied for card i am not sure after the fact. I had her use it once for 3x dining on the first friday of the month, and my points got added. 5k points for doing almost nothing is an no brainer in my book :-)
i added my GF and she has been on my Chase Amazon since day one also. she has 60k in student loans that have been in and out of default and her scores are around 600. chase loves our spend and our PIF (and i LOVE the UR's... she spends and spends) so don't sweat the AU. just throw his card into rotation once a month.
Bummer chase doesn't separate AU charges from primary like AMEX, so keep the card yourself and throw a little spend on his card now and then.
and be sure you let him hold it once in awhile at the dinner table and admire its physical quality.... lol
