When you log into your Chase accounts click on rewards in the upper right. Once there (should say ultimaterewardspoints.chase.com in the address) there should be something in the upper-middle saying are you ready to earn your bonus or in our case, it says $200 bonus. Hope that helps

Nope, I don't see anything like that yet. When did you get your Freedom Flex? Did it take a while for that section to appear for you?
I asked another recent CSP applicant here and they didn't seem to see it on their dashboard either, so there is probably a delay before it appears, such as after card activation or after putting a charge on it so there's some activity. Since Chase doesn't give card info like account number/expiration/CVV online there's no way to use it until the physical card arrives.

Well we just apped for it on Friday have no card yet and we have full access. Of course I followed the link on the approval page to set it up online. Did you miss that? Did the same wirh the two Citi Custom cash we apped for last week.

I don't recall now (apping scares me and I was in adrenaline mode, lol), but I did go online to set things up, like alerts, paperless, etc. But they don't give the full account # to be able to use it for online purchases, only the last 4 digits, so I have to wait for the physical card to show up before I can "charge it". But I can view the account online since I have other Chase cards and a login.
So you have the full account # for yours and have put charges on the card already? And the SUB tracker appears for you? It's possible the Freedom Flex works differently than the CSP in that regard, and for your Citi cards, they're Citi, they do things differently than Chase.
