P2 apped for the CSP in branch for the 85k offer, and was denied due to income to debt ratio
Branched called recon for us, still denied.
Using methods I learned here over the years, I had P2 call again the next day -- still denied.
P2 started doing research (after almost giving up) , and we called next day early morning, (saying how much we don't want to waste a HP kidding) and was told application was sent for recon again and they'll email later with the status.
Around 2 hours later appproved for 12k via email!
EXP pulled, and EQ around 8 years of history and 725 EXP
I'll never understand the recon battle lol
Nicely done, congratulations on the approval!
Congrats
Congrats, persistance paid off!

Can you expand on this for Data Points? I was given the same reason during my recons. My DTI was 17%, but my available credit was over half of my annual income so I was denied multiple times while trying to recon. It wasn't until I used my P2 income as my own that I was approved.
Glad that worked out...that’s Terrific!! Congratulations on your Approval!!👏🏼🍾🥂
Roughly same thing happened with us. P2 only used there own income orginally, but included our household income after doing research which i'm assuming is the final reason for the approval.
Congratulations on the approval, after your admirable persistence
