I have been looking for new furniture and called up Discover to get 12 months 0% apr for promotional purchases, which they immediately approved the offer(believe me, they have been providing me this 12 months 0% promo purchase offer every now and then. so you too go get it if you need one 
). Then realized, I got an email from the chase for CSP 80k rewards+$50 grocery credit 2 weeks ago.
So, I went ahead and applied for it and got it approved instantly with $15k CL 
. Now, I have 4 chase cards in my account. 
CSP was on my watchlist for few years, which I didnt applied even though I have received numerous promotional emails from the chase. However, I had the card from my DW portfolio where we got the 60K UR bonus in 2019. So, finally, I jumped on the Chase CSP on my portfolio now. Also asked them to expedite the card delivery. Happy to have got it approved on a weekend. 
Let the race begins to spend $4k in the next 90 days. countdown begins 3.2.1...
Now, I am officially out of the garden being in it for 1.8 years without any credit card apps(though only a few mortgage refis).
