I got two cc within 2 months (Freedom on Oct.27, Citi Dividend on Nov.24), but still want to try my luck on X'mas day.
I submited the application, and as expected - got the 10 day message.
I called the recon number and the nice guy told me that I have reached the maximum credit line Chase could extend to me.
After relocating credit line from my United and Freedom card, I add up the signature visa $5000 minimum requirement and got approval.
So, I guess no more Chase card for me before I accomplish my doctoral. May try Wellsfargo next summer, if the rumored Wells Fargo Amex Propel 365 credit card comes out.
It's gardening time !!!
congrats

Congrats! Thanks for sharing.

Pulled TU and EX with FICO 703 and 700 (TU: 6 pulls, EX: 5 pulls). 13 months with Chase, 1 year history of >$5000 credit line.
Yes, it looks like you may have hit their ceiling. On the upside, you were able to get CSP in the form or a "carve-out" from the other two CCs... nicely done!
