On a desktop: Hit "reply" to the post you want to quote, then there's a "quote" button just above the text box in the same line as cut/paste/font/size. Smack that and it loads the quote into your reply.

Re APR - mines 25.24, and my scores were slightly lower than yours. So you’re probably “right there” in the realm of normal for this card.

Improve your scores and go back to them in a year and ask for a lower rate. If your scores are up, balances are low, and you’ve been a good customer, there’s always a chance they’ll lower it to keep your business... especially if you bring up a competing card with better terms. I plan to do that next year.

(Edit: removed the word “not” from second sentence. Poor editing, sorry)
