After 7 days of waiting I called in this afternoon. They asked questions about using my first name initial, but after a few minutes they came back and said I've been approved for $29,700, taking my overall chase card exposure to $97,000 on 3 cards (CSR, southwest, and united).

Plan to follow up to transfer $33k CL from United to CSR and close United card.

been a Chase client over 20 years (deposits, investments, past auto loans, 2 cc). Add to that my total DTI is around 10% (includes all debt) and 26 year perfect payment history, and I suppose they are willing to forgive the fact I funded a few 0% cards with a 25% (now 22%) total util.
