I just wanted to put the information out that I was approved for the Caesars Rewards Visa this morning via a cold app. I was denied for this card back in August of 2019.
Also, I’m aware it’s Comenity and they’re.. well, Comenity LOL. I have a positive history with them dating back several years. Whether this actually matters, I can’t say for sure.
At the time of application, my Equifax report showed only 1 inquiry, which was my denial from August. Credit Karma showed “691”, so take it for what it’s worth. One year AAoA
I also have an open Chapter 13 right now that was filed in relation to a business I used to own, which is basically why my credit profile was “reset”, I guess you could say. I do have a squeaky clean credit profile other than the short reporting history and the BK showing. I believe I have 18 total accounts reporting on EQ, most of which have been paid and closed, dating back 11 years. I am approx 2 years into my 5 year plan at this time.
I screwed up and closed out of the temporary access page to set up my online account and there’s no way to get it back, from what I understand? Any ideas here? I’m fine with waiting until the card comes to set that all up. I did call and mention a CLI increase right away, and the representative told me that it would indeed be a HP, so I passed for now. SL given was $1,000
