Called in for Chase CSP approval vs app…

After my last 6 months of statements, called in to Chase for an increase on my nearly 1year old CSP. Starting line was $21.5k and was bumped to $25k after 2 months. Today was given a soft pull $7k bump to $32K! App continued to state I wasn't eligible for a CLI but tried calling in based on this thread:
