Every answer to my CLI and PC request to Cap1 has been "NO"
I spoke to EO twice about it but still "NO"
I keep my ventureone around for low APR but really sucks
Had a similar experience, much lower limit 300 but ran at least 1800 thru that card in 6months and got a measily 200 bump to 500 the other day.

Try talking to the EO and explain with such a small limit you were forced to pay multiple times to not trash your utilization.

@Anonymous wrote:I love BMCs, they are sweet bikes. One of my buddies I lived with when we spent a few years racing bikes had a few really sweet BMCs that he raced in Crits. They were such beautiful bikes, but they never made a frame big enough for me unfortunately. Good call on the BMC Time Machine, they're soooooo sick! Now that I have to pay full price for my bikes I haven't bought a new race bike in a few years. I have my 2009-2011 stable of Felt F1s though, I have four total - two with SRAM Red and two with Dura Ace and a whole slew of both Reynolds and Zipp carbon wheels. They are still really nice bikes, except for the one I have crashed a few times, that is my Crit bike now...
They are nice. I love how they show the raw carbon in the frames. F1's are awesome. I've narrowed down my herd to the TM01 and then the 15' Propel Advanced 0 UI2. I work at a shop so I get things at cost thank God. I would never pay retail for these bikes haha. Yea smart move making the crashed one your crit bike. It won't be the last time I'm sure racing a crit! Good luck in future races!

I'm pretty early in my recovery process, and my $500 bump for my credit steps just kicked in. It was just as promised on the paperwork, so I can't complain (not that I'm in a position to anyway... yet.)
I just did the shopping cart trick at Victoria's Secret, and stopping there with the SCT. Last month I got the Merrick double-your-line. So, I'll be laying low in the garden and just let my scores grow a bit before doing any more apping (though I toyed with the idea of the Amazon store card last night - but I don't want to waste an actual hard pull on a store card that's not a sure thing.)
Congrats on your cart trick. I also had the DYL with Merrick. I'm coming up on a year here soon so I'm looking forward to see if they increase past that initial DYL.

I'm really surprised with your score and profile. You'd think they'd make some sort of effort to be competitive.

Keep me posted! I've read that they will, but not nearly as generously as CapOne (when they decide to be generous, that is!)
My Merrick offer wasn't very good, I'm finding. I've read posts from some who had $0 or $36 AFs. Mine is $72! I understand I have to pay my dues, and I am willing to do so, since I got myself into this mess. But as my scores improve and I become eligible for better cards, I expect that this will be the first card I cut if I can't negotiate for no AF.
They don't want you to pay in full every month. I've heard it's okay to leave a small balance on the card each month, with paying at least the minimum of course.
Mine just went from $300 to $500. I use it every now and then for small purchases and PIF monthly. The same with my $500 Chase card. Not sure why I even keep using them.

I went from 300 to 1k after 3rd statement, and my eq report wasn't clean yet. Request via phone for manual review.
