Cap 1 Credt Steps Disappointment

They seem to be more generous around the holiday's. That was when the rash of posts for big cli's came out. Since next year I'll be apping for other cards, even if it's a 1.5k card, I will be satisfied (and no annual fee, otherwise, it's slice and dice, my scores are now in prime territory, and I can be choosy).

Another Capitol One Credit steps disappointment, I only got the $200 they promised. Can someone please message me the EO info, what's the best way to contact, and should I try hitting the love button first? My increase literally just posted.

I spoke to the EO today about my own Credit Steps disappointment. My $1,000 CL was only raised to $1,500. Since I've charged (and paid off) over $5,000 to this credit card since opening it in August, I believe I deserve a bit more. EO said 3-5 days to hear something. I requested $3,000. We'll see if I get anything.

Good luck and keep us posted! I'm waiting to hear back from the EO for two things... see if my QS can be changed to a WMC and see if my second steps can be given a little more of a limit!

I logged in today to find that I got the $3,000 CL I asked for, up from $1,500. I'm a happy camper right now.
