Yes, you can only have 2 Cap-1 branded cards but you can have a number of unlimited co-branded Cap-1 cards.

I have 5 cap 1 quicksilver 1....... Migrated from HSBC and Orchard though ......don't want anymore would like to PC to a Venture Card though......it's terrible that you can't combine limits with Cap 1.....wonder if EO could combine limits
I had 4 at one time 1 secured 2 cap one cards and a co branded card
