Cap One CLI

Have a partially secured card that went from 200 to 500 after 5th statement. I applied for a CLI for my Venture after the 2nd statement and they offered $400 increase. I declined and tried again a week and a half later and was offered 3k, so I took it. Have had my AMEX ED for about a month and tried for a CLI, but was declined :-( I'll try again in 90 days, but very happy Cap One showed me some love.

I haven't been able to get a CLI out of them for over 6 months.  But they are useful for getting my EQ score
