My dad got his email from them a day or two after he got his cards if I remember right. Asked for a CLI on the second statement and got one, his 6th statement cut late last month and he got 2 very large increases on his cards. If you miss a payment, I know you are disenrolled from the Credit Steps progarm, not sure if going over the limit does it or not, but my ex wife got 2 cap1 cards, missed a payment and went over the limit on one, her other card she didn't totally max out or miss a payment on got it's Credit Steps increase though.
