Cap1 CLI before CreditSteps after 20+ tries...

I've been requesting a CLI on my #2 Capital One QuickSilver card nearly everyday for over a month now and kept being told "account is too new". The account was opened 1/15. They increased me $2k to $3k! Surely my FICOs are lower now compared to when I opened with the HPs and new accounts reporting.

Here is a list of my documents but I think older ones gets deleted for newer ones;

you open in January 2015 and have been asking for cli everyday? 

And did they gave in or what. Explained

Yes I ioened the card in early January this year. Figured the SPs couldn't hurt and was reading many users posting them getting CLIs before steps. My DW got a QS1 in 12/14 for $300 and about a month ago got $800 then in 1/15 got the Plat for $500 and just now went to $1500. Users report still getting their autoCLI from credit steps as well.
