Received a Cap1 Platinum MC in mid December 2013 in the credit steps program with a $1,000 credit line, pc'd it to a Quicksilver One about 2 weeks ago, logged in today and saw an auto cli to $2,500

Edit: hit the luv button on May 28 and was declined
