No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
You are correct, a better offer would not come. You should search "cap one upgrade link" on Google and follow it. You may be in line to change your Platinum to a QS. It'll be the same terms and limit but you'll earn 1.5% cash back.

Do you think 3 months in they would allow me to change it over?
Yup. It sounds like you may have a credit steps card. If so, then yes. Most of those cards became eligible for the change at around three months, as well as half of the credit steps CLI from $300 to $500. Thus you'd get half the increase, $100, plus the changeover, and at the end of steps you'd get the remaining $100 of the steps increase.

Bummer. You might want to re-check every once in a while. Their offers change without notice.
@Curious_George2 Yeah, I'll keep checking. Thank you!
