Emailing EO really works!! Thanks to all in this forum again. I would have closed it after requesting with a regular agent at their call center!

I just emailed them myself 2 Cap1 cards and a Spark Business Card. How long did it take for you to receive the CLI?

I emailed them last week and had been playing phone tag with them until just now. I have a secured card with them that is my oldest trade line so they removed my annual fee from that and I'll keep it open just to help my AAoA. They could not combine any two cards that they have into one credit line they told me (this was from the EO) so they will do a SP and I asked for a $2000 CLI (from $500- this card is brand new and not reporting yet) but I would take a partial. She said it could take up to 5 business days to find out about the CLI and that she'd call me back when they made a decision. I'll update here with how long it takes.

Jerzeeb I emailed on wednesday last week, got a call on Friday last week, got a call on Wednesday(Yesterday) that I've got the CLI.

dadembk...they didn't repond by email. I spoke with somebody on phone, they called me after I sent email to their CEO email address.
