Nice work.  Any tips on getting an increase out of them?  Have been with them since 2002 and not a single CLI.  Got denied for a request (soft pull) today for reasons that are a huge mystery to me.  Can you also PM me the EO email address?

If I can't get them to up my limit I'll never use it again, it's my lowest limit card.

I would love the e-mail info also if you could pm me with it; tips appreciated.  I've had a Cap1 for two years with no increase.  I submitted the online request a month ago and got the automatic Not at This Time message.  The limit is only at 750, my util on all cards is high, but I would like to get a CLI or two to improve the util before going for a refi on our mortgage.  I'm aiming for the fall for the refi, hoping to clean up baddies, and raise our scores by then.  Any help is always appreciated!
