Oh for crying out loud....logged in today to see if they had activated the rewards on this account, to find: no they hadn't, AND they seem to have taken the rewards off the other account that already had them! The links to rewards are gone, and when I go to the url I had saved to check my rewards balances before...it says "N/A" under details and a zero balance. Might be "processing" still, but it's tough to tell with these jokers.
I'm glad I don't rely on these cards as my everyday accounts anymore so I'm able to laugh about this...
