So I spoke to the EO, and told them if it comes to it I'd be willing to close my secured account to get the unsecured card.

They said they weren't sure if that would be needed, but either way I'll have a decision tomorrow.

So I spoke to the EO, and they said unfortunately it was denied.  I expected it, but hey, it was worth the try.  I think I'm just going to build age for a while.  My BoA should unsecure and CLI in 6 months or less, and my unsecured CapOne should get a CLI within 5 months.  Maybe in a year I'll apply for something then.
