Congratulations! I had to complain for months to get to the EO and get a PC from my platinum to QS. Glad you didnt have to go through the trouble I did!
Yeah me too! But it looks like I may have to go that route to get a CLI on my no hassle rewards... For no hassle it sure is one trying to get a CLI! Did you go the email route for that? Or through facebook?
