How is everyone requesting specific cli's? I don't see that option on my capital one app. Then I see some people saying love button. I don't see that either. Is this something exclusive to the website? I just requested a CLI and got a lousy $100 offered. Took it because I know cap1 is notoriously stingy with cli.  Any advice? Do I email? Call a specific number?

In the app (on iOS, at least)

Profile -> Account & Feature Settings -> Request a Credit Line Increase

Pick the account, enter annual income, employment status, etc.
