Capital One CLI - 👍🏼

Requested CLIs on both of my Capital One cards and was granted a CLI $5000 on one.  

Some history:

• Savor ($5000 CL) has had $10,500 of spend along with seven CLI requests since Sept 2021.
• QuickSilver ($30000 CL) has had $5,600 of spend and zero CLI requests since Sept 2021.  Additionally, this card was flagged for an account review due to low utilization. 

Despite my DPs above, I got the $5000 increase on the QuickSilver.  I gladly accept it but Arrggh!

I think at this point we just have to laugh at the absurdity of Cap1's CLIs. Congrats!
