I've never been interested enough in the Venture to take a look so I don't know, but I've heard horror stories from Cap 1 customers who thought they'd be able to get the Savor and couldn't...whenever you reach out to them about it, they say 'Excellent' credit, so I didn't think you could get it with a sub-750 or so score. Congratulations again on the instant approval, that had to feel great!

@I completely agree with this @difringe! I saw someone on these boards with over 800's across the board and was denied for a Savor. That's why I was nervous about pulling the trigger myself! Both Venture and Savor are marketed on their website as for people with "Excellent" credit but mine ranges from 710-733 and I was also approved. I guess in the eyes of Cap1 I have excellent credit.... maybe because of my good payment history on my other cards. Who knows?!
