Capital One Venture Approval but website crashed after!

I was just instantly approved for the Capital One Venture card with a $7000 limit (my highest limit thus far!)

BUT after you are approved it takes you to either sign up for an account or sign in to existing account and I clicked to sign in to existing account and it said something like webpage has timed out.

I also have yet to receive any sort of email about the approval

I called once and chatted twice and they all said that it shouldn't cause any issues, but I am paranoid.

No need to be paranoid.  You received visual confirmation and it was likely just a website snafu.  I would give it 24 hours or so since Capital One was also quirky a bit earlier on my end (not sure if it was server related or whatnot).  You can contact them tomorrow and confirm with a CSR if it would ease your concern.  Either way, congratulations on your Venture approval.

I'm sure its fine, Cap Ones website was problematic on occasion for me. Usually issues were resolved in a day or two. No worries  Congrats on your new card!

don't worry, i had same problem when I applied for quicksilverone card. you can always link your card to your account once you activate the card, it's really easy to link them online.

Yeah if it got to the approved! page it already should of sent your info in thats the confirmation page.

When linking my cards to my accounts (i didnt get the option you did I added once I got the cards) I found out my old charge off from 11 years ago is also linked to my new account but *restricted*.  You should be fine
