When you create your online access, there's a section in the setting that allows you to add it to the Apple Pay. The approval email has a link that allows you to create your online access.

I have already created online access and have the Cap1 mobile app. When I signed in and went to the "Digital Wallet Manager" setting to add to Apple Pay, it only gives me the Venture One and Quicksilver cards I already have, not the new Venture card.

It should show up soon. Not sure why it hasn't yet but I'd wait for 24 hours and see what happens. If it's still not there you can call them and they should be able to add it to your profile.
