Hi! My wife and I are trying to join some accounts. She just now CLI'd on her Cap One V1 card from $3500 to $4000. We think that is kind of a low CLI considering her balance is under $600 and she has had the card since 2012. This is her first time CLI'ing online. Should she call the back door # to see if they can increase it anymore since she already accepted the $4,000 online CLI? If she calls the back door, what should she say as to why she deserves a higher CL? She has a 735 FICO with only one other tradeline, an Auto Loan. She's never missed a payment, has no derogs ever. Any input would be helpful! Thanks in advance!

Calling the backdoor number won't do you/her any good. All CLIs for CapOne are handled online now and calling anyone would yield no better results. Ofte people find that if you want a higher limit with them, it's best to just apply for a new card and then later on consolidate the cards.
What would be another card she could App for that would be combined down the line?

Venture, QS1, QS, Platinum or even another V1 are all cards that, depending on credit, she can apply for and later combine with her V1
is it a good idea for her to wait 6 months before app'ing again for capital one card considering they just upgraded her to Venture One? Or does that not matter?

Doesn't matter. Have her check the prequalification page
She just now got pre-approved for the Capital One QS card. Is that good?

That's up for you two to decide. It's a 1.5% cashback card and is generally cisnidered a decent card. If she was preapproved for that card, more than likely should would be approved for it and the regular Venture card.
We are moving to switzerland where i'll be working as an expat. She flies all over the world for work and would benefit from a travel reward but also cash back reward so I guess QS is a good choice since she already has the venture one?

Well, the VentureOne is really a 1.25% cashback card vs the 1.5% on the QS card. Despite CapOne's effort to market their Venture cards as travel cards, they are not that all but cashback cards with limited redemption. Outside of the signup bonuses I'm not a big fan of the cards because there are better cashback cards and real travel cards. If she really does a lot of travelling she/you should be considering a real travel card
