Capital One Venture One approved

I had 3 prior Capital One cards that I closed because I couldn't get past a $2500 CL. I prequaled and Venture One for good credit was there. There were other cards but I thought this was the best one. It gave the 7-10 day message. I called them after 3 days and after a half hr. on hold they transferred me to the fraud dept. They sent me a link to upload my DL and then a minute later said I was approved for $4000. DP's are high 500's CS with unpaid C/O's, 2 mortgage loans, $1000 mission lane, $750 Ollo and a $12,000 Secured State dept with 15% util. and $110K income. No POI. I have never burned CO.  The only bad thing is 26% interest compared to 12% for SDFCU.
